is a company of Fisherman Direct Seafoods. We are located in beautiful Bellingham, Washington, home of the largest fishing fleet in the Pacific Northwest, once the largest purse-siene fleet in the world. Living in a fishing community allows us to work directly with fisherman to bring you fresh high-quality seafood products. All of our fish and crab are 100% WILD, never farm raised. Any fresher and you'd be on the boat!

For 2005 the USDA guidelines recommend that Americans double consumption of oily fish, such as Salmon, containing heart-protecting Omega-3 fatty acids, to two four-ounce servings per week. The new guidelines state that evidence suggests an association between dietary intake of fish and a reduction in the risks of mortality from cardiovascular disease. Fish contain physiologically essential fats known as Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). These nutrients have been endorsed by the FDA through qualified heart health claims for both food products containing the nutrients and for dietary supplements. DHA is also well known for its role in brain health and development and is an ingredient in infant formula in the United States.
